He isa PhD in Civil Engineering, in the Water Resources areaand his technical portfolio includes environmental studies for various developments, especially residential real estate projects; preparation of hydrological studies for determining water availability, floodplains and multivariate analyses for different purposes; as well as coordination and planning of studies and field surveys, including multidisciplinary technical teams.
In Teresina/PIwe provide in-person service by appointment. For other municipalities in Piauí, Maranhão and other Brazilian states, service may be provided remotely, with online meetings, document analysis, preparation of technical studies and follow-up through digital channels.

Geoprocessing Technician
Partner-owner of Alfa Topografia e Geotecnologias. Works with topographic surveys, georeferencing, aerial mapping, GIS and infrastructure projects. Has training in Highway Engineering and Pavement and in Geoprocessing Technology, with experience applying GNSS RTK, drones, total station and LiDAR for producing technical data, memoranda, maps and reports.
